Using 3 D software programs such as PRO/E, SOLIDWORK and COREDRAW all types of complicated die designs can be created - such as progressive die, drawing die and precision compound die. Die up to 1,000 x 450 mm in size can be produced.

Stamping Workshop Floor 300 Ton Stamping Machine

An extensive variety of both CNC (soft tooled) and hard tooled manufacturing solutions are available to meet your needs. All tooling is designed and produced in-house. Custom fabrication processes can be performed on cold rolled steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper or polycarbonate materials. State of the art manufacturing equipment includes CNC bending, CNC cutting and CNC stamping for lower volume requirements. Hard tooled stamping solutions for higher production volume requirements utilize a range of equipment – Presses powered from 16 - 300 Tons, high precision turret punches, numerous accessory process machines and a fully automated wet paint / powder coating line. The facility can handle high volume or high mix requirements and complex custom assemblies such as telecom and power supply cabinets, racks and enclosures requiring welding, hardware insertion, cable and fan insertion and special packaging. The manufacturing facility employees over 800 people, encompasses 20,000 m² and is ISO 9001 and TL9000 Certified by SGS.
